This policy guides the residential home in ensuring the provision of ongoing, individualised care to all residents. Where residents are perceived to be at risk of self-harm, they are regularly assessed, have an individualised care plan to meet their needs and are managed in an environment that promotes their well-being and health.

Ownership of this document once purchased is strictly limited to one organisation, and licensed to that organisation only.
