Residential homes shall provide a culture of openness. All staff, residents and third parties should feel able to come forward and voice any concerns in relation to the residential home. This policy details how the residential home ensures that it is devoted to the highest possible standards of care and provide staff with a safe environment to allow them to deliver a high-quality service.

This document has recently been updated to incorporate the Protected Disclosures (Amendment) Act 2022.
