By Implementing the requirements detailed in this procedure, the residential home ensures that effective and efficient communication processes exist both within the residential home in relation to staff and Health and Social Care Professionals, and outside of the residential home in relation to external bodies associated with the residential home.
This procedure has been updated to incorporate ‘Immediate preliminary notification to a Medical Officer of Health’.
