All staff members, who as part of their normal duties have access to any personal information relating to either residents or other staff members, are required to treat such information with total confidentiality at all times. This policy outlines what is expected from all staff in regards to confidentiality.
This policy has been updated to incorporate NMBI Code of Professional Conducts and Ethics for Registered Nurses and Registered Midwives 2021.
