The residential home is committed to providing an environment where people feel valued, recognised and safe, and where their dignity is supported and respected at all times. This procedure outlines how the residential home can ensure an environment where all staff are treated with dignity and prevents bullying and harassment.

This policy has recently been updated to incorporate HSE’s Policy on the Prevention and Management of Work-related Aggression and Violence 2018 and the WRC Code of Practice on Addressing Bullying in the Workplace. All new additions are highlighted in blue text.
